Fulfilment of the statutory information obligations in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

This declaration applies to all our guests. We hereby inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of your personal data. In accordance with Art. 13 of the European General Data Protection Regulation, we process the following data:

  • Your master data (first name, surname, address, telephone, e-mail, date of birth, place of birth, language, etc.)
  • Your data in travel documents and ID cards
  • Your data on payments, EC cards, credit cards and bank cards
  • the length of stay you have requested and any personal preferences relating to the stay that you have made known to us

The data will be stored and processed by us for the provision of our services and, if necessary and required by law, transmitted to third parties (e.g. public authorities, tourism association). Your data will not be transferred to third countries.
If you refuse to provide master data, travel document data and bank details, we will not be able to fulfil our contractual obligations and accommodate you in our establishment. We do not use profiling or automated decision-making.

The legal bases for these data processing processes are:

  • the fulfilment of our pre-contractual and contractual obligations towards you
  • consents obtained from you
  • statutory, contractual or other legal obligations on our part (e.g. documentation rights and obligations under accounting, tax and customs law, contracts, reporting or legal disputes)
  • our legitimate interests (e.g. the improvement of our customer service, including in the area of direct advertising, or the protection of our own legal interests).

The duration of storage is determined by the duration of our business relationship, the consents you have given and, in addition, by the statutory retention obligations and legal obligations applicable to us.

You can request information about your personal data stored by us free of charge at any time. As a data subject, you also have the right to cancellation, information, deletion, correction, restriction and transfer of your personal data, provided that there is no legal obligation on our part to retain it. If you exercise your right of cancellation, all your data will be irrevocably deleted, provided that no overriding legal provisions are violated.

Web analysis

Südtirol Guest Pass

Purpose
The personal data provided will be transmitted to the single Guest Pass coordination centre to enable the creation and use of the Guest Pass and to provide the associated services.

Recipient
n connection with the issue of the Guest Pass, your data will be transmitted to the Mobility Consortium with VAT no. 02735170215, which, as the guest card holder and single coordinating body, acts as the autonomous data controller for the processing of the data transmitted. For more information on the processing to which the data will be subjected, you can send an e-mail to privacy@moko.bz.it.
